Kessie Noel's passion is hair. She has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of hair and is the creator of the FoilaYAZZ’s Artisic Hair Colouring Foils and the JAG-N-EDGE process. She is a true artist with a BFA from Oklahoma State University. Art-N-Style is where Walking Works of Art are created daily & Oklahoma Artists are displayed. Express the eclectic!
